An additional service that we provide is a setting/laying up service, where we deliver to your venue and lay-up your tables to your exact requirements. Because laying-up can take between 3-5 hours this is a service that many of our clients have used time and time again.

Terms and conditions of hire
1. The Owner is Elliott-Jones Caterhire and the Hirer is the person or persons actually placing the order for hire whether on his, her or their own account or on behalf of any club, association or other organisation whatsoever.
2. All items hired shall at all times remain the property of the Owner.
3. All orders placed by the Hirer shall be confirmed in writing and these terms and conditions shall form part of the Contract of Hire.
4. A deposit of 25% of the total hire cost shall be paid on confirmation of order to the Owner; the deposit will be refunded after the items have been returned to, or collected by, the Owner, subject to any deduction for lost, broken or damaged items. The amount of such deduction in respect of each individual item is noted in the price list.
5. All orders shall be paid for in full by the Hirer on delivery. If payment is made by cheque then payment must be received no less than 5 working days before delivery.
6. The owner will deliver and collect items subject to a minimum charge of £5.00 unless otherwise quoted. There will be a daily hire charge for all items not returned by the date agreed.
7. The Hirer shall be responsible for any loss of, or damage to, any item hired after signing of the acceptance slip until the hired items are either returned to, or collected by, the Owner.
8. The Hirer is responsible for the care of linen and for this purpose a Guide to care for Linen is outlined below.
9. The Owner will be responsible for the cleaning/laundry services of items. Crockery, cutlery and glassware must be scraped off and returned in the boxes provided.
10. No substitute items will be accepted by the Owner in place of the items supplied.
11. The Owner reserves the right to alter prices at any time and the Owner also reserves the right to substitute the nearest type or size of item in case of non-availability of the item ordered by the Hirer.
12. The Owner will not be responsible in any way for any accident, loss or damage, either direct or consequential, resulting from the use of any item hired from whatever cause arising.
